From 1st August 2022, Cray Wanderers Community Scheme will be officially operating as Dynamic Coaching C.I.C.
This change reflects our commitment to fully inclusive sporting,
mentoring and further training opportunities for young people.
Operating as Dynamic Coaching C.I.C will also allow us to work
independently within our values, as well as apply for further funding
opportunities - which will only serve to benefit our partners and
participants.

HOLIDAY CAMPS
Our Dynamic Coaching holiday camps remain a fun, energetic and enthusiastic space, which gently introduce children to a multitude of sports and activities. Our schedules include active and social classes, supported by a range of resources high standard equipment and materials, as well as fully trained and enhanced DBS- checked staff.

SEND Multi-Sports Provision
We continue to offer our provision for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Our station-based sessions are tailored to each participant’s needs and are facilitated by a higher staff-to-participant ratio in order to keep children safe and engaged. These sessions introduce participants to a wide range of sports and activities, as well as an opportunity to socialise as much as or as little as feels comfortable.

MENTORING PROGRAMME
Our Dynamic Coaching mentoring programme continues to work with older children and young adults requiring support around school/college class performance, attendance, peer issues and general well-being. The structure of this support is tailored to each young person’s needs, and is facilitated by fully trained and experienced staff.
